South Mountain Cleanup | February 17, 2018

The Event:

Our beloved state turned 106 this year and we celebrated with a cleanup! We had over 400 friends, family members, and four-legged pals volunteer to pick up litter along trails and washes in South Mountain Park. And we just have to say, it was an incredible experience. Spirits were high, the weather was gorgeous, and there was a lot of work to do. In just two hours, we cleaned up over 11,350 pounds of trash!

We want to extend a big thank you to everyone came to the cleanup. Thank you for supporting our mission, donating your time, and not being afraid to get your hands dirty. With your support, we are making a real and lasting impact on the local areas we freely enjoy.
